Choosing a Tripod

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a first-time buying customer and need some help in deciding what tripod to purchase.  It will be a gift to my parents.  I am looking to spend between $99 - $200.  They have binoculars, size 8X42.  I look forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards,

Elyse M.

Hi Elyse,
Thanks for your inquiry.

I would recommend the Vortex Pro GT as an excellent option in your price range:  http://www.eagleoptics.com/tripod-kits/vortex/vortex-pro-gt-tripod-kit-2  It’s well built, fully adjustable, and quite sturdy.

If you are mounting binoculars to the tripod, you will also need to get a tripod adapter for the binoculars (if you don’t already have one): http://www.eagleoptics.com/binocular-accessories/vortex/vortex-binocular-tripod-adapter

Best Regards,

Eagle Optics
