I'm looking at your website to match up a head and tripod with my new Nikon ProStaff 5 82 mm. scope. The user reviews on the Manfrotto 128 RC are spectacular, so that's the direction I'm going in at the moment. Do you have a couple of suggestions of a tripod to match with these? Please indicate pluses and minuses of each.

Carbon fiber will be more rigid, lighter weight by a bit, and quite a bit more expensive.
How tall are you and did you get an angled or straight scope?

If you are taller than ~5'10" and/or got the straight scope:
If you have an angled scope and/ or are under 5'10":
