Digiscoping Adapter for Kowa 661/Nikon D3000?

Hi,

I have a KOWA TSN - 661 scope and a Nikon D3000 camera.
Is there a camera adapter available for this combination?

Thanks and regards,

Bernie

Thanks for your interest in Eagle Optics.

Yes, Kowa does make a series of adapters to accept your DSLR.

Aside from a fixed 50mm lens which you will need (if you don’t already own one; the zoom lenses will not work for digiscoping), here are the pieces you’ll need:

**I’m assuming you have a zoom eyepiece on that 661.
Is that right?

If you DO have a zoom eyepiece, you’ll need this part.

Fixed 50mm lenses almost universally have a 52mm thread on the front of them, which is why you’ll more than likely need this DCA ring in the 52mm size.

Hope this helps. If you have other questions, feel free to email or call to followup.

Thanks!
