Zeiss Conquest HD questions


I'm thinking of buying the Zeiss Conquest HD and had a couple of questions:

1. I might buy the 8x and the 10x to see which one I like better, and return the other. Is the return policy different on new vs. demo models?

2. Do you know if this eyecup issue has been corrected?

If it hasn't, would I contact you or Zeiss to get the new eyecups?

Thanks for your inquiry.  All purchases from us will have the same 30-day return policy, regardless whether you're purchasing a new or a demo product.  We will be sure that you’re not stuck with something that doesn’t work well for you.

Regarding the eyecups, the issue hasn’t been corrected in production yet.  We can provide you with contact information for someone at Zeiss that can provide you with the eyecup upgrade.
